Snapdeal.com — Refund not initiated even after 3 months | |||||
My order number was [protected], where I had ordered a Klamotten Cool Jogging shorts. I had initiated a return of the product due to bad quality and the item was shipped back from me on 21st December 2015. But till date the company hasn't returned the amount on which I have been levied interest by my credit card day after day. Additionally, I have called the customer care almost 7-8 times costing me a lot of money. I would want that money refunded along with interest for this issue. Sayantan.
