[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund not initiated - sub order id[protected] | |
The product delivery (Exide battery) was not accepted due to the damage i seen at the time of delivery and hence i returned back the product to the same delivery person. The refund request (Reference number[protected] was raised on 21st oct 2017 and till date it has been been processed, even after several reminder via email to [protected]@snapdeal.com.
