[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund not processed even after a week | |||||
I have returned a mobile leeco left max 2 brought on oct 13. sub order i'd [protected] I returned it on oct 22 via shadow fax. but refund is still pending on this item. I have shared the return acknowledgent receipt also with the customer care representative. the return acknowledgement request i'd is 16915124. Every time i call your custoremer care they say they have escalated the issue. but no response yet. its been a month already no 1 is bothered on this issue.
