I had purchased a tv 40" panasonic on 2nd june. It was delivered on 7th. There was problem in the display and the wall hanging kit was missing. I registered a return request. The product was picked up on 9th morning. I have still not received my refund of rs.30869 the product was picked up by jv express courier on 9th but they delivered it back to snapdeal on 25th june. I have called atleast 25-30 times and even emailed them, but i have not received any response. Pls help.

please return my money. i am helpless. i have returned the tv 1 month back, still my money is not being returned. pls help.
My problem has not been solved.hence I have written here. U have taken the defective tv back.ur courier partner returned it to u after 2weeks. But why haven't you returned my money.i have no fault here. U have taken both the TV and my money and your not returning it. You are doing fraud. Plain and simple fraud. How can you do this to ur customers!!!
I would tell everyone never to buy from snapdeal. They are stealing my money.

today i have resent the same with 2 attachments which show that i am not at fault but snapdeal is taking my money. im just a loyal customer.
how convenient is that. are you not ashamed of yourself for doing such frauds????
first you deliver a faulty tv, then when i returned it (on the same day return request was generated), you take the tv back and dont return my money!!! how shameless are you?? i have all supporting documents. if i go legal, i will ensure you pay for each and every harm you have caused me. you are unnecessarily harassing customers by just taking away their money. the law is their to take care of customers who are suffering like us and they will make sure you pay for all this. i have already told more than 30-40 people never to buy from snapdeal and i have shown them what you are doing with me. i am a very social person with more than 1100 friends on facebook and many more in real life. i assure you that this will not go well.

How can it not pass?
U deliver a faulty tv, when I return it, ur courier keeps it for 14 days, god knows doing what . Then u say my complaint dis not pass internal check. You think just can just take away Rs.30869 like that from me?
This country has a legal system. Do not forget that.
