Snapdeal.com — Refund of amount | |||||
I have brought a shoe from snapdeal.com on cash on delivery, and later when i got delivery i checked the product before making payment and i saw that product quality was not good so i wanted to return it. but the delivery boy said that i have to pay cash first later the return can be made and i will get refund of my money in bank. so i paid the amount and when i called for return of product the company executive said that i have to courier the item in their address upon which courier charges will be refunded. so i returned the item by courier and occurred 350 rupees as courier charges taken by first flight couriers pvt ltd. since more than a year has been lapsed i dint get the refund amount of courier charges though i got refund of item returned. despite of several talks with the compnay executives they till now dint refund my money. so i want your goodself to take appropriate action against the company.
