[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund of courier charges not received | |||
Dear Team, I have purchase a micromax tv but it was damage so i have logged a complaint to snapdeal. Ticket No.:[protected]. as per snapdeal team i have return the damage TV to Delhi office via courier and i have received the replacement but the courier charge of amount 1280 Rs is still not refunded by them till date. i have contacting him on Ph-[protected] from last one months but they are not given any proper solution complaint has already logged in snapdeal( Complaint Number: 12464633 on dated 28-Nov-14).
