[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund of item returned | |||
I placed an Order with order id [protected] for "Whirlpool 6.5 Stainwash Ultra 65H-Graphite" on 31-Dec-2016. I received item on 5th Jan 2017. Item was defective, so I asked for replacement, but seller was unable to fulfill my order, and thus return/refund process was initiated by Snapdeal. Reverse Pickup was scheduled on 6-Jan-2017 and was picked on same day by VulcanXpress Pvt Ltd. I followed up many times with Snapdeal, but still I have not received my refund even after 6 days. I am very much disappointed with the service and trouble I am facing due to your lack of proper service. Was this information helpful? | |||
