[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund or replacement | |||||
I have bought a asus phone on october and received on november, i am facing an issue in the phone on network coverage, i called the customer care and executive said snapdeal policy is if we have issue regarding the product we have to submmit a complaint with in a week, but i facee the issue after a week but she forwarded the issue to the higher authorities and some technician will attend the very next day he will look upon and will replace the product and no body came, so i called again they now say like i am not elligible for the product replacement as the policy say replacement should be done within 1 week or they wont replace the product, now i am very much surprised with service side as they are not giving proper guidance or any customer satisfaction like if you are buying something from snapdeal then suffer with the product issues, worst service ever, and when i go through the warranty details i came to know that the product was purchased from amazon earlier on february in the same year, so i guess snapdeal is providing second hand sets for the customers because if calculated the warranty is over by now, here after i am not gonna buy anything from this company.
