[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund rejections ! | |||||
Worst experience I ever had in my life in online shopping . I ordered a product Adidas floral perfume of 75ml and they sended me a 50ml bottle of perfume. When I asked for the refund according to the snapdeal quality team check they said you have received the right product which is not true. I have all the proofs with pictures. It is been 1 month I am tried of calling and emailing the customer care but no help has been provided to me . This company is a fraud . Owners and CEO of the company seems to Me a thiefs.
