Snapdeal.com — Refund related | |||||
I had ordered items form Snapdeal but due to some reasons, the order was cancelled without my confirmation and the amount I paid was transferred freecharge account. Withdraw to back option is not enabled for me in freecharge and I am not able to get my money back. The only way I am can get my money back is to purchase something from snapdeal again. There is complete negative response from snapdeal customer care and they are forcing me to get in touch with freechage customer care for issue with money transfer. Please look into & do the needful.
