[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund / replace my mobile phone. | |||||
Sir, I bought a Micromax yu yunique handset on 26 Dec 2016 which I received via courier on 2 Jan 2017 .I made payment through credit card. The phone did not worked when I checked it. I filed my complaint for refund / replace on 8 Jan 2017 . I called Snapdeal customer care multiple times and they told me to go to service. Centre to get a Denial letter after which they will process my return/refund . The service. Centre ( Dutta enterprises, jammu ) refused to provide me Denial letter. And now customer care are wasting my time again and again requesting me to wait for 24 hrs., 48 hrs..etc. 4 days have past and still no conclusion.
