[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Refund requested rejected by making fake and fraud excuses

Hi,
I had ordered nikon coolpix camera from snapdeal on 23rd may, 2016 on an urgent basis choosing one day delivery option. However i received the product the next day on 24th in the evening at 4 pm. While i placed the order snapdeal had promised to give two freebies (A memory card and the nikon pouch). I received only one freebie along with the camera and the memory card was missing so i went back to the snapdeal site and checked my order history.
When i checked the return policy of snapdeal (Sd) i learnt that i can raise a return request within seven days the product is delivered. So from 24th may the date of delivery i had time till 31 may.
Also once i raise a return request i need to be available on call as sd people might call to cross check.
Since i had to go on a trip the same day the product was delivered and i badly needed a camera i purchased a new camera from an offline store in my locality and went for my trip.
After i was back on 31 i immediately raised a return request by choosing the following available options available in the drop down at the time of raising return request. The options chosen by me were - incomplete order and freebies were missing.
Immediately i got a reply from sd saying memory card was not part of the order so we cannot process this request.
I had to call customer care executive and place my query to him. He was not cooperative and he said if you provide me proof that snapdeal promised me that feebies would be given then we will immediately process your return request. Now my question is how can a fellow purchaser keep a proof of the snapdeal page at the time of purchase?

Anyways it was my luck that i searched my browser history and found the page which dated back to the time of placing my order and it showed the order summary which clearly mentioned two freebies as i said above. Once i emailed them the proof i waited for more than 16 hours for their reply. After waiting i called the customer care executive and explained everything this time he said since you provided the proof we will soon process your return request and schedule a pick up of the order within two days.
As soon as i kept the call i receive a mail from sd saying you have raised a return request after 7 days and snapdeal has a return policy of 7 days we cannot process the return request. Actually rhis is a lie from sd i havent crossed 7 day return deadline.
Upon calling the customer care executies they say we will pick up your product, we have escalated this issue to the backend team etc etc

Now please tell me where is the justice gone. Snapdeal is just lieing and denying to accept their fault. The product they selling me is very outdated so they promised feebies along with the product and when the product is ordered sd doesnt send freebies and then make up stories like this.
