I have received a parcel in which there is no phone. I have raised a complaint at snapdeal and i have mentioned that. I have received a bill that does not contact an device imei. But snapdeal did not refund may amount stating that i have some transactions discrepancies, that have not given me a product a proper bill and my money is gone. One snapdeal agent came to my place and verified everything along with a scanned copy of my government-issued photo id and address proof along with parcel images from all possible angels again snap deal asked me to provide same thing after 2 hours of his visit. Next day in the morning i am getting this "hi satyajit, Your return request for refurbished oneplus 3t 64gb gunmetal grey 6 gb ram cannot be completed We understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to return it. While processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We're sorry that we will be unable to complete your request and your account will be suspended. Active orders and claims linked to this account will also not be processed and you may not be able to make new transactions. We request you not to operate any other co-existing account or open a new account. Order id: [protected] reference no: 43001613 " I do not have any other snapdeal account. Please refund my money. You have not give me the product, you have not give me the proper invoice (A phone invoice must contact imei or phone serial number) you are not refunding my money. I have called you and asked you what is the problem. And the customer care executive is telling me that she can't resolve the problem. It has been decided by senior team. I am sending emails to [protected]@snapdeal.com but i am not getting any response. Just getting some automated email that they can not process my refund. I need my money back.
