[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refusal of refund for damaded product received | |||||
This is to bring to your notice that I had ordered Bagy Malone Green Shoulder Bag with Snapdeal dated 16th August 2015 Order no. [protected] for Rs. 1299/- and this bag was physically damage so I raised a complaint (Compaint No.[protected] and asked for refund. Snapdeal arranged for reverse pickup (tracking no.[protected] and that bag was collected from my official address that is registered – Dynamic Tours and Travels, Lourenco Apartments, Erasmo Carvalho Street Margao – Goa by JV Express. Further to inform you that I had been told that the amount is already refunded on 02nd September and were given the reference no[protected]. I got this checked in my Canara bank and the manager said there is no transaction made. So I forwarded my bank statement and asked them to get it checked and do the needful. I discussed this to Mr. Shiv Prasad on 15th September, Ms. Priti on 16th September and lot other representatives but till today nothing is done. I even spoke to Mr. Mobin Khan on 22nd September and he said he has forwarded the concern and will get it checked but no revert. Snapdeal has only been sending fake refund initiation mails but no refund. I spent lot of my money contacting on call centre chargeable number [protected] (can provide proof of each and every conversation had) but it’s useless. I even put this on facebook and twitter but still it was of no help. They just give fake apologies but no refund. I even dropped several mails on [protected]@snapdeal.com and also CEO Mr. Kunal Bahl on [protected]@snapdeal.com and kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com but still he dint helped. They say they can’t refund me my money. I asked them to drop me a mail stating the same but they refused. If they are correct on their path then why they are not sending me a mail stating that they can’t provide refund and also stating my complain is not genuine? Is that every time I only have to call and ask about it or Snapdeal also have their responsibilities towards the buyers? Their role is just to sell the product and what about the commitments they have made on the website about Trust Pay? Why my product is still not sent back to me as I have paid for it? Why Snapdeal is cheating the Buyers? They have blocked my account and are not refunding my money as they say they have already given me lot of refund before which has nothing to do with this concern. I got a damaged product and how they can refuse my refund and how they can say customer is fake and blacklist a customer? Problem has arisen from their end so how they can refuse my refund?
