[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refuse to returning wrong item sent

My order which received is not that i ordered, but some other item. Order number is [protected]. The pick up service is refuse to pick the item received while i request to return it becoz desired product is not sent but some other item place of it. So i contacting you direct and indirect lit of time. But yu never responded satisfactorily.
I got tensed for that day till today. Plz resolve the issue, so that i receive my valuable money back and purchase right product.

Updated by Alok Sonie ECom courier ne mujhe fir se call kiya, wha pahucha to repeatedly wahi story fir ban gai. Mujhe kaha gaya ki hum abhi bhi isko receive pick ni karenge becoz hume snapdeal se guidance proper nahi mila hai, aap sham tak wait kijiye fir batayenge iko pick up karna hai ya nahi?
What the hail this is? So ridiculous? What is my respect as a customer, like dog of road????
