Dear forum, I have ordered Acer Laptop Bag on December 1st week. And, they have delivered the faulty bag. So, I have returned. I have requested them to refund my amount Rs.449 on[protected]. They said that the process of refund takes 5-7 business days. But, still now they have not refunded my amount. I have given all the required details to get the refund amount.
