[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Regarding QC issue n Refund | |||||
I'm using snapdeal for more than 3 years and I have bought many products. Recently I hv bought a jeans. I have received the product on 15th October I hv the waist size problem so I raised a return request at same day i.e 15th October. The return wz picked up nxt day. Aftr 17 days I got a sms stating that they r sending back same product becos my refund declined as my product failed in quality check. I don't understand why thay said so becoz i hv send the product unused with all tags n bill. The same problem happens with me twice. Before this product i hv filed refund request for sunglasses on 27th of September. Aftr 1 week i got email stating that my product failed in quality check so they r returning back my product. I dnt understand what is dere criteria for quality check. I have call customer care many times evry time they told me that they will forward this mail to the concern person but I haven't got any call/msg from their side.
