[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Regent matrix high back office chair in black | |||||
I received a chair that i ordered from snapdeal today after a long wait, first the failed to deliver it by the right date but when i received the product it seems that one of the part is missing in the package, i got the top part (Seat) and the bottom part (Frame with wheels) but i didn't receive the height adjustable pipe that connects the wheels and chair so it seems the item is useless. I feel cheated. I have asked for a replacement today how much more days should i wait i already wasted half a month for this chair now order id: [protected]. Snapdeal cheated me in the new year eve. The restric me from review of the product in the store also, there is no easy way to reach their customer support. They dont even provide a chat support or a proper phone support. This is the last time i am going to buy anything from snapdeal, they lost my trust.
