I received a chair that i ordered from snapdeal today after a long wait, first the failed to deliver it by the right date but when i received the product it seems that one of the part is missing in the package, i got the top part (Seat) and the bottom part (Frame with wheels) but i didn't receive the height adjustable pipe that connects the wheels and chair so it seems the item is useless. I feel cheated. I have asked for a replacement today how much more days should i wait i already wasted half a month for this chair now order id: [protected]. Snapdeal cheated me in the new year eve. The restric me from review of the product in the store also, there is no easy way to reach their customer support. They dont even provide a chat support or a proper phone support. This is the last time i am going to buy anything from snapdeal, they lost my trust. From today i will only purchase from amazon they seems to be more caring towards their customers

Hi Snapdeal, i just got a email from snap deal that i had to repack the chair and send it to their ware house in Bangalore, they wont be arranging a pickup for me (which previously they said, they would arrange a pickup for me ) . let me make something clear i wouldn't have shopped from your site if i had to go through all this trouble. I bought this chair online cause i thought i wont be wasting time for the pickup and other stuff . now you guys already wasted my 20 days and now they ask me to go through extra trouble of carrying that huge package to courier and send it to snapdeal with my own money . And how many more days of mine has to be ruined . Anyway i will send the package to you in 2 days, i request you to ship the replacement with the fastest courier.

You guys have the worst customer service .
