[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Replacement of product

Sir/Madum,
I purchased a Polo Black shoe through snapdeal the size is not comfortable so I request for replace it with comfort size but two times request through costumer care both time replied its that the items pick-up within 48 hrs but 12 days passed no one come for pick-up consignment. Today came a call via Econ. express that you drop your consignment in the office I request to him to collect from my home which is ensured by snapdeal he is not agreed and say that He will cancel my request . Pl rectify it and tell me what I do.

I had ordered for micromax canvas mobole flipcover and tampered glass. These ppl have given a faulty phone then wron flip cover on top of that we have to opt replacement and no refund again once the faulty prpducts have submitted we have to send the invoice email are they playing around.Its complete harassment. Please take action against them

I ordered this item oct 9th
Delivered oct 26th 2016.
Item damaged within half an hour.
On the spot i place compliant to snap deal refund my amount. Still no response. So please help me.
