To Team Snapdeal I am RAHUL KUMAR KIRTI and I ordered on 10th June 2017 for "TVS GOLD (BHARAT) KEYBOARD USB INTERFACE. But after opening the package I found that keyboard is of ps/2 interface. I ordered for replacement. My keyboard was picked up on 19th june 2017 but it is not replaced yet. I tried to talk to Customer care executive which is not available and raising the frustration. Snapdeal replacement service is not looking effective, so please return the old prodrct or refund the paid amount (Rs. 2210). Aug 3, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved The snapdeal company have send a refund after returning of product. they have asked me to send NEFT details. After doing so i received received the refund on my bank account. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
