Hi sir this is rohit kumar Order ID: [protected] is i received this product on 23rd sep and i made compain on 24sep2016 Reference number: 30373171 against handset hanging issue then they sent a engineer to check my device fault and they came and found same issue and told me we will reply with in 24 hours but not got any responce after that i make call to customer care lot of time and they assured me your handset will replace with in 24 hours and got mail regarding reverce pickup from snapdeal plz keep your handset ready and invoice but after two days nobody come to pick up then i got a mail plz visit service center we cant solve your problem .i talked mr goyal, mohit and ankita also they assured me your replace will be done.i sending my reverce pickup mail and image also plz solve my prob.
