I don't know how to talk to customer care even i try using their customer care number. No option to talk to executive. Have problem with my order and i did not know how to face it i ordered a philips steam iron and it is damaged old and used when i return this then the courier refuses to take it and my return tracker shows pickup unsuccessful what can i do otherwise i will go to the consumer court.
Hope for an early response.

Updated by Armaanpng My complaint is not solved the pickup boy refuses to take the iron he said that iron is old. I get old iron so from where I return new iron snapdeal makes fraud with me snapdeal told that they accept the return but the pickup refused he said that he did not get any mail from snapdeal about this product and he did not take it.
