[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Return not completed even after a month. | |||||
I order ultimate nutrition prostar 100% whey from snapdeal(price was 4180/-), and I found that product wasn't genuine. I asked snapdeal for a return and first they said that they will refund only in freecharge account ( which I am not sure would be able to transfer to my bank account or not. and its been more than a month they have not done pickup nor initiated any process. I have been calling snapdeal customer care every day they say request is in process and wait for 24- hours. Please help me!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
