[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Return on order [protected]. Defective product and no freebie included | |||||
I received my order of laptop charger on 29th may. the charger I received was not working. There was no freebie (a card reader) in the package. I ordered Lenovo original laptop charger. The seal of the package was open and taped back with a cello tape. The product was not original. I requested for a return but in the return request I mentioned only about the defective charger, so later on the same day (within 1 hour), I sent a mail to snapdeal to update my return request that I also never received the free card reader. the very net day on 30 th may snapdeal pick team came but they refused to take my package back stating the free card reader is not there(I never received it in the first place) Was this information helpful? | |||||
