[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Return/ Refund not received of Rs 67000 | |||||
Order ID: [protected] Complaint Id : 32634199 Sony BRAVIA KDL-43W800D 108cm (43) Full HD 3D LED Android TV I had purchased the above mentioned product on 2nd October 2016 through Snapdeal. The shipment was delivered to us on 11th October 2016. On checking the product we found that the remote control was not the original one which I had seen at a dealer shop, therefore, I applied for the refund of the product as the product did not appear to be genuine. The QC team rejected my request of refund without any explanation as to why my request has been declined. On 24th October, I received a mail from Snapdeal stating that the product will be returned to me within 2-3 days. Since then, I have been continuously trying to track the details of the shipment by calls but neither the product has been returned to me nor the refund has been released by SD. Therefore, I am compelled to file a complaint in the consumer forum against SD. You are requested to do the needful at the earliest and oblige. Please help me to get my money back.
