I was delivered an old, used and damaged puma shoe on 18.08.2016 at about 1200 hrs. So, i made complaint to customer care immediately and as per cc instruction, i filed returned the product request and refund to bank

Take the product back. However, for the past 5 days no courier person
Turned to my address to receive the product. Ple direct courier person to
