[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Return request accepted but product has not been picked up | |||
Please ref: order id: [protected] Complaint refernce no.28248792 and 28038414 I was delivered an old, used and damaged puma shoe on 18.08.2016 at about 1200 hrs. So, i made complaint to customer care immediately and as per cc instruction, i filed returned the product request and refund to bank Account. After that i daily contact customer care and made complaints to Take the product back. However, for the past 5 days no courier person Turned to my address to receive the product. Ple direct courier person to My given address immediately. *g. Annadurai, inspector of police, * *no.152/1, parvathy st., buvaneshwari nagar, * *new fairlands, salem 636016.* *mob.
