[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Return request closed

I ordered 5 products, out of which I kept one. I wanted to return four products because the quality of product is not good. Now, the company is refusing to process my return request, stating that my return ratio is too high. However, they never mentioned my return ratio anywhere in their app. They should have warned me before I purchased the product that my return ratio was high, so I could anticipate potential return request rejections and make an informed decision.
