[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Rosette LED tube light | |
I bought an product Rosette LED tubelight (pack of 5), I ordered 2 of them, but when the product reached it has a big package so i thought it consist of 5x2=10 tubelight as i odered and paid the amount of rs 1614 (i.e 807x2), but it has only one set which is pack of 5, other set was missing. Then i filed complaint for the same and they said you have recieved your one set costing Rs 807 so keep it, we'll refund your remaining amount i.e Rs 807. But there is no any response after that i m continuously raising complained but they initiate pickup service. But my question is you have to refund the amount of the product i havent recieved then why you are initiating pickup for the same. It's being more then a 3 month now please help me for the refund of my product. Details are as follows.
