[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Rubbish shoes delivery | |||||
I ordered (PKID: [protected]) Adidas Shoes on 02nd October, 2016, but received the muddy/rubbish shoes (see pic) on 03rd October, 2016. I immediately launched the complaint (Ticket Id:[protected] on 03rd October with customer care and they assured me that I will get my refund and will arrange the pick-up. Since then unfortunately the courier company kept refusing this pick up with fake reasoning that I am not available at home or I don’t want to return the item. In spite of my several calls to customer care of Snap Deals on 04th and 5th Oct that the courier company : NOVO-ALL-RP intentionally is not picking the item but seems that all these people are trying to fool me. I think I committed a mistake by ordering from Snapdeal. I want my refund asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
