Dear Sir, I ordered a Smartphone Samsung J2 from www.snapdeal.com of 29th Aug 2016 for Rs.7990/- as they were offering me the delivery by 31 st Aug 2016. I was in great need of phone. I waited till 1st Sep 2016 for the phone to be delivered to me. But I didn't got the delivery so I cancelled my ordered on 1st September 2016 & applied for the refund. They assured me to refund within 2 days I didn't got the refund with 2 days time span so I wrote many mails to Snapdeal CEO team at kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com to get the refund as it was getting really late. Now it had been more than 18 days. And I had got neither the refund not the handset. Still It is being told to me that my refund will take time & suddenly on 9th Sep 2016, they changed the status of my order from "cancelled" to "Delivered". I had faced financial losses due to such delay. Kindly help me to get the refund credited to my account on utmost priority including the financial losses.
