I have bought a Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro mobile from Snapdeal and he delivered me a defected device which home key is very loose and not working properly. Now he picked my device for replacement and still my item not reached to snapdeal but today he has sent me a message that device not meet their quality check criteria. Pls suggest what can I do...??
