I have purchased a mobile of Samsung Galaxy J5 (8GB, Black) of Rs 10490.00 from Snapdeal.com, my order Id [protected]. I have paid all the amount. I have received this product today, when I opened the packet I found there Two pieces of Stones. This is a type of fraud with me by Snapdeal. Snapdeal is a famous online shopping company but such type of fraud they will do I never think. It embrace me. Kindly resolve my issue in 24 hours. Its better to shell out a little more money and buy from shops outside.
Atleast they wont sell stones.
I am having worst experience witj snapdeal since more than a week.
Chasing them to deliver my phone but no one is bothered to even reply properly.
