[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — samsung headphone | |||
I ordered a samsung headphone, and i received same but that was damaged and one side not working condition, i returned the same too the snapdeal person came and got the product, he given a slip for return item mentioned. After that i didn't received a refund to my account for my cash on delivery payment, but that snapdeal website and customer care not working properly, i sent a mail to snapdeal couple of days ones but no response from snapdeal team worst online. I will wait for couple of days other wise i will make a complaint at consumer court... Was this information helpful? | |||
