Sir, I purchased the samsung mobile. its not work properly some time he hang also. when i talk to coustmer care then he say that go to the samsung store. i want to return the mobile. as per the snapdeal they will provide the return policy and also provide refund. in electronic items they will check then return then how the coustmer care adviser say me to go to the samsung store.
