[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — sarees | |||
Hi am snapdeal seller for past few months. My id [protected]@gmail.com ([protected]) My saree was sold in snapdeal. As per process snapdeal should arrange courier pick up person to pick the parcel. But they failed to arranged it. And snapdeal application was also not working to raise a dispute. Now snapdeal asking to pay 250% of penality. They do not have honesty on business. They dont understand what is the issue. As the fault is from their side they should pay compensation to me. Instead they are asking 250 % penality from my side. I am really clueless whats the point of asking penality from seller for their issue. Iam really frustrated because of this. Was this information helpful? | |||
