Updated by arunava chowdhury1234567890 They did not pick up the product yet . They suggested me to visit to a service centre for look into the product. Any problem in that they would picup the product.They gave me 15 day's time for that. When I went to a service centre of
karbonn they told me the product is outdated and one slim sot is damaged and still sold by
snapdeal and they denied to give me any certificate for that . When I informed
snapdeal about that they told me return request is closed although I regularly informed them the whole matter . I have every documents they send me .If required I can send you. If they would not provide any arrangement to pick up the product then take strong action against them for harrasing and cheating customer and denial their seven day's return policy because they are the number one cheater and frauder in online business.

Updated by arunava chowdhury1234567890 Snapdeal forced me to go to a service centre of
karbonn to issue a certificate containing their stamp. The service centre demanding Rs 100 for that. Why should I pay that without any reason. Take suitable action and steps that
snapdeal should pick up the product without harrasing me and inform me accordingly.

Karbonn mobile service centre I sent it to
snapdeal within their time limitation of fifteen day's on 31.5.19 to pick up the defective product but still there is no response from
snapdeal in spite of repeated reminders. Please take strong action against them because nowadays they are cheating, harrasing, frauding customers in a large extent and denying the fundamental policy in online business of trustpay.

snapdeal on 31.5.19 within the time limit of 15 day's but surprisingly still no response from them . Take strong action against
snapdeal for harrasing customers to a large extent and denying basic fundamental policy of online business.

Snapdeal had sent the following on 5.6.19 but the amount has not been credited to my account still now. . Everything was confirmed over phone and
snapdeal assured me the amount would be credited within 1 or 2 days but surprisingly it is not credited to my account still now.
snapdeal promised me I need not have to send email once again but surprisingly no response from their end after that telephonic talk. How can they promise me the whole matter. Please force them to send the amount without any delay and without any excuse. The content sent by them after the telephonic talk is the following:
