Hi, I ordered Micromax 32C6150 FHD on snapdeal order No [protected] But they had send me Micromax 32AZ9747 FHD 81 cm (32) 32AZ9747 FHD 81 cm (32) is not listed on MICROMAX website . Micromax 32C6150 FHD has lg IPS display while Micromax 32AZ9747 FHD 81 cm (32) has TfT Display. I am feeling as if i am cheated. Please do the needful . They have cheated. same thing here. i have ordered 32C6150 & they have send me 32az9747.
they have pasted two sticker on the Box. Big sticker shows model no.: 32az9747 & manufacturing date July 2015 another small sticker shows 32C6150 & manufacturing Oct 2015.
when i opened the box there is sticker on back side of the TV with 32az9747 model no.
when i call Micormax they said they do not have any information that 32az9747 have IPS or not. They give me their technician no. he said first he check the document in the office then he able to tell me that it has IPS or not.
by the way they do not mentioned anywhere on the box, manual & on TV that it have IPS panel.
Invoice shows Micromax 32C6150/ 32AZ9747/ 32SD9855/ 32FK6156 FHD 81 cm (32) full HD TV.
very confusing.
