Snapdeal.com — Sending back again and again wrong product | |||
I ordered iball vogue 2.8a white and red. Purchased it paying cash on delivery. When I opened the box, it was some other cheap model inside. I requested for replacement requesting them not to repeat the mistake and check the product before dispatching. They assured that the mistake will not be repeated. For my surprise, the replacement was also the same model for which I asked the replacement. I dont understand, why there is no quality check. So pathetic service from Snapdeal. The worst online service provider among all others I have purchased from. Long way to go Snapdeal. I am waiting for my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
