Snapdeal.com — Sent me the damaged product. On complaining, initiated the return and then there is no response from Snapdeal | |||
Dear Sir, I had order for a HTC Desire 616 (grey) (order number [protected]) through Snapdeal.com on[protected]. I had received product on[protected], but it is damaged, when I found it is not working, immediately intimated to Snapdeal through phone on[protected] and I had requested for return my order. I registered the complaint on Snapdeal Website (Complaint Number[protected]. They said that they will pick up this product within 2-3 days but nobody came to pick up this product. Then i again called on the Snapdeal Helpline ([protected]) and they told me this issue will solve soon. Now when I checked their website, it is showing that product is not returnable.
