This email regards to the Ticket no. 15047270, Order ID [protected]. I got a email on 22nd January that courier reimbursement is done via SD Cash, but nothing happened (CHEATING). After many calls and email they responded and promised to do the reimbursement via SD Cash and got another email. Again on 8th Feb, i got another email stating the same info that reimbursement amount got credited. But nothing again, 100% CHEATING.
