[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal delivered wrong product and no follow up.Also making fool to the customer

Snapdeal delivered wrong product and no follow up.I have asked for refund but no response from Snapdeal.

They schedule a service engineer visit but no one has visited.even help center is also not responding.

Snapdeal is also updating the date and time whenever we check the status of order number.

It update the status with latest date and time so that consume will be in false impression that some thing is going on.

Please see the date and time of Status:

I got the call and email from the company after registering my complaints in Consumer forum portal. Call from Gurgaon number register in Company site. Email is also from [email protected]

I have ordered a 14 ltrs capacity car washer appliance vide order id-[protected] at a cost of Rs 5024.00 through cash on delivery system . The ordered items has been delivered to me on 8-7-2017 . After taking delivery when I filled the bucket with water for testing purpose, found heavy water leakage through the bottom of the bucket, just below the D.C motor chamber where 2 nos small holes are exist and could not test the items . Now what I will do with this defective items and which breaks my faith on online shopping system . I hope it may bring the attention of the authority and do the needful action so as to rectify/replace the items as soon as possible which will be helpful to increase my faith on the online marketing system .
