[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal seller fraud | |||||
I ordered a sony bluetooth speaker from snapdeal on 7th may 2017 on cod, the emailed me that tha product is dispached, on 13th may a courier person came and deliverd me a product which was in snapdeal packing i recived the product and paid cash. the product was something else naming mini bluetooth speaker not one that i ordered i placed a complaint to snapdeal about that after that they say it is seller fraud we have canclled tha product and didn't notify me about that and now they are saying money which i paid will not be refunded, i have orederd on snapdeal now they say they can't do anything about it i have to keep tha product it is cheap copy worth 200..300 rs why should i keep it any pay 2500 please help i have attached the image of product i orderd and that i got. my email id [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||
