[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal selling inferior products and refusing return | |||||
I purchased a Karbonn Mobile Model Alpha A112 from Snapdeal vide invoice no. SB88FC/16-17/1254 dt. 23.01.2017. it was delivered on 29.01.2017. the instrument battery started draining very fast. i registered a complaint with the customer care and they deputed a technician who after talking to me and checking(just took the instrument in his hand and turned upside down that is all) the instrument gave me a job sheet mentioning "as per customer hanging issue and battery draining very fast& customer needs a refund" There was no response form snapdeal thereafter and when I checked the website to get the feedback on my complaint I saw the remark as our technician found the instrument satisfactory. you may visit the repair centre with the instrument" Snapdeal is getting into unhealthy business practices. Snapdeal is not doig what is correct.I am not aware if the health of the Company Snapdeal is good or bad. it must be bad otherwise such companies should not resort to such street level tactics. I purchased a couple of items through Snapdeal and when a case for return arose Snapdeal showed it true colour. Snapdeal will not get away with such tactics. Snapdeal should be more responsible. snapdeal is putting a question mark on their face. Snapdeal has to come clean. Snapdeal should conduct business honestly. Snapdeal has to be responsible for the product they sell. Snapdeal is not the manufacturer of the product. Snapdeal has to be on the side of the customer. Otherwise how can a customer by anything through Snapdeal. Very bad experience with snapdeal. the funniest part is that after the remark on their web site you can not talk anyone in the customer care. the line does not go through. I will never buy anything from snapdeal. I gave shared my bad experience with many of my friends and colleagues. Was this information helpful? | |||||
