[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal sends duplicate products and worst customer support team!!

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 Original Battery 1500 mAh EB-425161LUCINU under Snapdeal..
Order ID : [protected]
But within a month battery was not working and I took that original battery to Samsung service center, the address which was provided by Snapdeal..
When I went to service center, it was awkward situation for me when they said, it's a duplicate battery!!
I called up Snapdeal higher level customer care and sent an email to [protected]@snapdeal.com..
This email id they have given me as escalation department..
Which is DAMN WASTE!!
I had raised a request on July 26th and its August 12th now.. Still no proper response or communication..
From 15 days they are telling pickup will be done and amount will be refunded..
But no response..
SNAPDEAL IS SENDING DUPLICATE PRODUCTS TO THE CUSTOMERS AND THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM IS DUMP!!

When you guys call, you ask for time.. Yes, I can give you days/weeks or months.. But when I ask for the confirmation email, you guys are silent.. Why?? Are you people not enough confident??
Continue this for few months, so that battery expiry date will get complete..

Just wait for another 9 more days, my Ticket will celebrate 1 Month and SNAPDEAL FAILS TO PICKUP A PRODUCT!! Waw!! thanks for the great support!! This will be my last product from snapdeal.. We have 1000s of options in market not only snapdeal...
