Online payment done-product cancelledimmediately-website shows refunded-no refund so far even after 6 working days-complaint to snapdeal-assured return of money-not yet-reg vide order no.[protected], leEco Le2 was ordered online paying money through debit card. the order was subsequentle cancelled the snapdeal website shows money was refunded on[protected]. even after a passing of 7 days, the money is not refunded into my bank account through which payment made. snapdeal contacted through their complaint mobile no.[protected]. they assured that the refund amount will take 6 working days to get deposited into my account. but even after a lapse 0f 6 working days, the amount is not deposited. while again tried to contact [protected], no response. dont get anything from snapdeal. i am going to take the matter to twitter and facebook to greate awarness to customer regarding poor service of snap deal. earlierly, the request for failed tv remote of a 40inch hdtv bought through snapdeal was not entertained though the purchase was only 2 months old and well within the quarantee period of 1 year. poor poor service snapdeal.customer take note.
