Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal's the worst | |||
I ordered for a Dell Laptop on snapdeal.com. which I was supposed to receive on 2nd of November. But instead of the laptop I got a message where they told me to contact the courier company 'Ecom Express' for the product details. i called them and enquired about my item. They told me that the item has been returned already. They told me snapdeal called them and told them to return the order when I never said or requested them to. I went and checked on the website but there it showed it's still 'in transit'. I contacted the customer care where they kept me in line and cut the whole of my Balance. I was so damn pissed and still am. Just wanna say it was the worst online shopping site I've ever used/placed an order. I would recommend everyone not to use this site, as you can see I am not the only one to write complaint about snapdeal.com !! Was this information helpful? | |||
