Dear sir,

I have purchased "sonata 8989pp01 women's watch" placed on 22nd of march, 2017 for the order id: [protected] (1 item) and since one month it is not working at all. I have even raised complaint tickets with snapdeal and also called customer care but there is no resolution.

They told it is not returnable or refundable but what about the product and the brand as it is titan sonata and worked for only few months and stopped all of a sudden.

Is this is the brand and this is what the snapdeal is selling us. I want my money back or they should replace the new watch to me as early as possible.
