I have called 5 times in snapdeal customer care regarding my refund of SD cash. but your all Customer care and Floor supervisor are unable to refund this cash against Chevron flip cover for Karbonn S5 plus. Since 25 days i am in followup for my SD cash...and what is your service of 48 hrs? we will refund your cash? it is in process? aapki request forward ki hai? where is confirmation mail to customer? 25 days to resolve problem? best best best best best best Was this information helpful? | |||
