I purchased syska x11 11000mah from snapdeal.com. First of all i received my order too late. For around 10 days late. The next thing is power bank is not at all working. It doesn't charge my phone. So requested to return my product. Cancel was processed as well. But suddenly the site is saying that it could not complete the request. Please help me to get my money back.
