Snapdeal.com — Tenda N301 router problem

Hi I have purchased tendaN301 router from snapdeal. Your order ID: [protected] | Order Placed on :[protected]:02:01 Suborder Number [protected] This router is not working now. I called snapdeal customer care who asked to call Tenda service center. I sent note to tenda service and and they said that they don't have service center and asked to get replace router from seller. I contacted to snapdeal who are not entertaining me. Please either replace faulty router or give me money return back credit Rs in snapdeal account.
